A baked steak dinner will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Blacksville (W.Va.) Senior Center. The menu will include baked steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cole slaw, homemade rolls and desserts and beverages. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children under 12.

The Warrior Trail Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. May 16 at Mother Earth Farm on Route 19 , a few miles north of Waynesburg. Owners Dawn and Ethan Phillips will provide a tour of their operation. They provide locally grown perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetable plants, houseplants, hanging baskets, trees and shrubs. Everything is grown right here in Greene County. This will be a covered-dish dinner meeting and The Warrior Trail Association will provide the main course. For more information call Llew Williams at 724-447-2951.
