One lane of Interstate 70 west between the Taylorstown exit and the West Virginia line has reopened after a crash at about 10:15 a.m. A truck carrying Mountain Dew overturned near the West Alexander exit, focing the closure of the westbound lanes and causing traffic tie-ups, state police said. Emergency crews are working to clean up hundreds of 16-ounce bottles of the soft drink that spilled from the trailer in the crash.
