State police said Podsobinski was traveling on I-70 eastbound when a Dodge truck merged into her lane, causing her to swerve to avoid the vehicle. Podsobinski’s vehicle then struck the median with the front driver’s side bumper, causing it to travel over the barrier and up a small hill of dirt in the center median.
