Wheeling police plan checkpoints

Wheeling police will be conducting a pair of checkpoints in the coming week.

Police will conduct a driver sobriety checkpoint from 10 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of National Road. That will be followed by a seat belt checkpoint from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday in the 2200 block of National Road.
