A number of people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Louis Phillips, 53, of 205 Roosevelt St., North Franklin Township; criminal trespass, two counts of burglary, four counts of theft, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia; sentence – 24 months in the State Intermediate Punishment Program followed by 48 months of probation.
William J. V. Wiesenfeld, 25, 3199 Brownsville Road Extension, South Park; reckless endangerment, DUI, reckless driving; charged March 10, 2012, following a one-vehicle crash into a home at 3475 Brownsville Road Extension; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,200 fine, restitution to be determined.
Robert W. Labossiere, 23, 425 East St., Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver marijuana; charged May 22 following a controlled buy near South Central Avenue, Canonsburg; sentence – 4 to 18 months in jail.
Kimberly A. Malits, 24, of 6 Melvin Drive, Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged after finding drug paraphernalia in her car while it was parked on Railroad Street in Monongahela on March 24, 2010; placed in the Probation Without Verdict Program for 12 months.
Justin Lee, 23, of 117 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged March 15, 2012, when his parents called 911 from their home after the defendant returned home intoxicated and attempted to fight with his father; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Alycia M. Mitchell, 29, of 245 McCarrell Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 23 following a traffic stop on Interstate 70 west; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine, 60 days on home monitoring.
John A. Woytovich, 45, of 134 Bertha Ave., Donora; DUI; charged April 7, 2012, following a traffic stop on the Donora-Monessen Bridge with a blood-alcohol content of 0.119 percent; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Stacy A. Scrip, 29, of 1003 Arthur Ave., Roscoe; possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 3 while officers were serving a warrant, charged Sept. 18 following a one-vehicle crash on Route 88 and Wilson Road, West Brownsville, after ingesting two bags of heroin ; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation. $1,200 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Jonathan B. Pavella, 24, of 31 Woodside Drive, South Strabane Township; reckless endangerment, simple assault; charged June 12, 2011, after brandishing a loaded semiautomatic handgun at another driver while driving on Murtland Avenue, Washington, with a 4-year-old child in the back seat; sentence – 48 months of probation, can not apply to concealed carry or carry permit, may not possess or transport firearms.
Matthew Laktash Jr., 45, 353 Pennsylvania Ave., North Charleroi; simple possession; charged Jan. 5, 2012, at his home; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ronald McMillan, 21, 246 North Ave., Apt. 2, Washington; carrying firearm without a license, simple possession; charged July 15 following a traffic stop on Shannon Avenue at Ridge Avenue, Washington;. sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, no contact with co-defendant.
Samantha Johnson, 20, of 125 Railroad St., McDonald; disorderly conduct; charged for keying a on July 30 while parked at 93 Hornhead Road, Hickory; sentence – $1,000 restitution, $50 fine, no contact with victim.

Daysha R. Gullick, 25, of 136 S. Wade St., Apt. 4, Washington; DUI; charged April 21, 2012, following a one-vehicle accident on Linden Road, North Strabane Township, testing positive for marijuana; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
