Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Bryan W. Salyer, 35, of 201 Cummins Ave., Houston; two counts of DUI, first offense, retail theft; charged July 23, 2012, for stealing PC games from Target, South Strabane Township; charged Sept. 9, 2012, following a traffic stop at 617 W. Pike St., Canonsburg; charged Sept. 27, 2012, following a traffic stop on Pike Street; sentence – 144 hours to 12 months in jail, $2,000 fine, 24-month license suspension.

Robert J. Russell, 29, of 404 Reduction Road, Smithton; simple possession, false identification to law enforcement; charged June 1 in Donora; sentence – 12 months of probation and transfer back to SCI Pittsburgh.

Justin Miller, 25, of 310 Cecil St., Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 12 when drugs were found in his residence during a probation compliance check; sentence – 111/2 to 23 months in jail with work release.

Marie Conklin, 36, of 440 Broad St., Apt. 2, Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 11 at Hall and Allison avenues, Washingon; sentence – 12 months of probation with the first 3 months on intensive supervision.

Jerome Pryor, 27, of 1221 Summit Ave., Monessen; flight to avoid apprehension; charged Oct. 27 at 727 McKean Ave., Charleroi, after police responded to a call of two males selling drugs; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Scott Garlow, 40, of 101 Vesta 7 Road, Brownsville; first and second offense of DUI, three counts of driving with a suspended license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Jan. 8, 2003, following an accident on Barney Road, Centerville, with a BAC of 0.210 percent, charged Feb. 14, 2003, following a traffic stop on Route 88 in New Eagle, and charged March 11, 2003, for driving the victim’s car without permission from 404 Ash St., Richeyville; sentence – 210 days to 12 months in jail, $2,200 fine.

Richard G. Dunfee III, 29, of 197 Bench Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 2 in the parking lot of 1 Humbert Lane, Washington; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jennifer E. Trout, 32, of 420 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession; charged April 29 on Church Street, Washington, after officers found her in possession of a crack pipe and pills, then found her with paraphernalia when picked up on a warrant on Sept. 8 at 410 W. Hallam Ave., Washington, then charged Sept. 21 on West Walnut Street, Washington, in possession of a crack pipe; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Mecca L. Vaccaro, 38, of 533 Park Ave., Monongahela; reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license-DUI related; charged May 26 following a police chase on Route 481 ending at her residence; sentence – time served to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine.

Conor Chatman, 19, of 244 Burton Ave., Washington; possession of firearm without a license; charged July 2 at the 7th Ward playground, School Street, Washington, after police found him in possession of a loaded .380-cal. semiautomatic handgun; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with work release.

Justin S. Cook, 24, of 1889 Arlington Ave., Washington; defiant trespass; charged Oct. 9 after police responded to 819 Wayne St., Washington; sentence – $100 fine.

Kenneth L. Friend, 48, of 346 Mowl Road, Washington; fleeing/eluding police and DUI; charged Sept. 26 after police found him in a vehicle stolen from 595 Meadow Ave., Washington, with a BAC of 0.162 percent; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with work release.

Darcy D. D’Angelo, 27, of 519 Highland Ave., Canonsburg; attempted identity theft; charged Aug. 23 after victim reported identity theft on three different accounts by his sister; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Daniel L. Barker, 29, of 162 Ridge Road, Eighty Four; DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 28 following a one-vehicle accident on Route 88 at Shady Avenue, Union Township; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine.

Harvey L. Hall III, 45, of 2885 Hickory St., Bethel Park; endangering the welfare of children, conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Aug. 19 for stealing merchandise at Walmart, South Strabane Township, and fleeing in a vehicle containing the 6-year-old daughter of his accomplice; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive intermediate punishment program, 90 days home monitoring, 100 hours community service.

Zachary M. Yocolano, 22, of 111 State St., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver, delivery and possession of firearm without a license; charged July 27 following a controlled buy of heroin in Charleroi Borough and charged Sept. 1 in the 100 block of Modisette Ave., Donora, for carrying a firearm without a permit; sentence – time served to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.

Blake S. Bane, 20, of 295 Garards Fort, Waynesburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged June 3 following a traffic stop in Fallowfield Township; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

Kayla R. Mendez-Livingood, 30, of 11 Pine St., Avella; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 10 after finding a bong and marijuana in her bedroom; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Andre W. Lowe, 20, of 223 Edgewood Ave., Apt. 11, Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 15 at 1090 Michigan Ave., Washington, after police found heroin; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Tiffany M. Gola, 24, of 199 N. Main St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 6 following a traffic stop on Route 917, Bentleyville; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Justin Tuite, 19, of 43 Interstate Drive, Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 9 following a traffic stop on Route 40 in Donegal Township; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Glenn M. Hardin, 22, of 505 Henderson Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged July 27 for fighting in Hanover Township; sentence – $300 fine.

Michael J. Maroney Jr., 25, 218 Washington Ave., Hickory; unauthorized use of motor vehicle, theft; charged Feb. 5 for taking a vehicle owned by a neighbor at 38 Sycamore St., Muse, and for taking $200 cash from her purse while at her home to borrow tools; sentence – 23 months of probation, ordered to by $420 in restitution, no contact with victim.

Michael L. Norfleet, 28, of 410 Arch St., Greensburg; simple assault, criminal mischief; charged Dec. 11 for assaulting his girlfriend at 318 Greenside Ave., Canonsburg and destroying property in her home; sentence – 12 months of probation, ordered to pay $400 in restitution, no contact with victim, domestic violence classes.

Matthew Russo, 27, of 419 Pershing Ave., Houston; harassment; charged Aug. 27 for punching the victim in the face on Aug. 26 at 114 Roth St., Houston; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with victim, anger management classes.

Stanley Williamson, 64, of 6437 Apple Ave., Pittsburgh; use or possession of a cheating device; charged Jan. 13 for placing a post bet at a poker table at The Meadows Casino; sentence – 6 months of probation, $20 restitution, ordered to not return to the canino.

Lauren N. Bertovich, 31, of 4518 Lebanon Church Road, Dravosburg; theft; charged Aug. 1 for taking $5,990 worth of jewelry from her sister’s home in Venetia; sentence – 3 years of probation with the first 90 days on intensive supervision, restitution of $3,895 to victim and $10,000 to Encompass Insurance Co., no contact with victim.

William J. Blumling, 37, 85 Cross Over Road, Bulger; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 25 following a traffic stop in Hickory; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine,

Jonathan D. Wilson, 36, of 16 N. Pine St., Ellsworth; second offense of DUI; charged June 30 after being found passed out behind the steering wheel of his car driven into an enbankment on Wilson Road, Bentleyville, with a BAC of 0.16 percent; sentence – sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Christopher C. Titchnell, 51, of 550 Broad St., Washington; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged following a traffic stop on Sept. 1 at Main and Chestnut streets, Canton Township, with a BAC of 0.166 percent; sentence – 180 days to 23 months in jail with work release, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

Antonio D. Steadman, 40, of 199 Main St., Perryopolis; DUI; charged Nov. 3 following a traffice stop in the 1500 block of Meldon Ave., Donora, with a BAC of 0.137 percent; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

William Artman, 64, of 1322 Hidden Valley Drive, Bulger; second offense of DUI; charged Aug. 25 following a traffic stop on West Lincoln Avenue in McDonald, with a BAC of 0.120 percent; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring with the first 30 days on SCRAM, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension.

William Bluming, 37, of 85 Cross Over Road, Bulger; DUI; charged Oct. 28 following a traffic stop on Dickson Street, Midway; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Brian E. Kelley, 33, of 540 Broad St., Washington; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged July 7 on Route 844, Canton Township, with a BAC of 0.139 percent; sentence – 6 months plus 90 days on home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM with work release, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

Karen Davis, 36, of 598 Marianna Road, Clarksville; third offense of DUI; charged Sept. 16 at 999 Jefferson Ave., Washington, with a BAC of 0.135 percent; sentence – 6 months on home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

Ericcson R. Burnfield, 27, of 1440 Henderson Ave., Washington; third offense of DUI; charged Aug. 28 following a traffic stop on Jefferson Avenue, Washington, with a BAC of 0.250 percent; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 23 months with work release, home monitoring the first 12 months, $1,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month license suspension.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can have their record expunged.

Derrek K. Wible, 22, of 431 W. Malden Drive, Coal Center, was admitted for 9 months for theft for stealing a necklace from a Coal Center woman’s bedroom.

Megan L. Walton, 21, of 1835 N. Main St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft from Walmart, Trinity Point.

Christopher R. Jaggie, 22, of 205 High St., Weirton, W.Va., was admitted for 6 months for furnishing liquor to minors at 610 Kings Creek Road, Hanover Township.

Admitted for 12 months for first offenses of DUI were:

Shannon D. Whitlock, 22, of 305 Patsch St., Houston, and Darlene J. Lindle, 60, of Florence, Ky.
