PITTSBURGH (AP) – Federal authorities said a suspect wanted in the shooting death of a man pulled off a Western Pennsylvania party bus has been taken into custody.

Authorities said federal marshals and police arrested 22-year-old Michael Lyons without incident at a Pittsburgh home about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Lyons was being sought in the March 30 death of Steven Lee Jr. of McKees Rocks, who was shot multiple times after he was pulled from a party bus that had stopped outside a bar at an intersection in the Sheraden section of the city.

Lyons is charged in Allegheny County with criminal homicide and a firearms crime; a listed number for him could not be found Tuesday, and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.
