Harassment alleged: James Justice, 18, of 256 N. Central Ave., Canonsburg, and Wayne Bates, 19, of 609 N. Main St., Houston, will be charged with harassment for allegedly jumping Joshua Long, 19, of 126 Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg, Tuesday, Canonsburg police said.
Shed burglarized: A Craftsman riding lawn mower was reported stolen from a shed at Wolfdale Bible Church, 2025 Jefferson Ave., Canton, state police said.
Trespass charge: Nicholas R. Snow, 32, of Seattle, Wash., was arrested Wednesday by Cecil police on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and speeding. He allegedly entered the Mylan construction site in Southpointe early Tuesday. Police said Snow borrowed a rental vehicle from a friend while staying at Homewood Suites. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in the Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.
Planters missing: Two terra cotta planters on a sidewalk at Shearer Flooring, 3055 Washington Road, McMurray, were reported missing at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, township police said. The planters were last seen at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Drug charges: Michael J. Banaszak, 20, of Greensburg, faces drug charges stemming from an April 12 traffic stop on Valley Street, Robinson. McDonald police said he was found with Adderall and phentermine pills when he was stopped for speeding. Charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Valarie Costanzo.
Altered plates: Ralph A. Lucci, 26, of 840 Old National Pike, Brownsville, will be charged by South Strabane police with having altered or forged plates, expired registration, no insurance and having an obstructed license plate stemming from a traffic stop Tuesday on Route 19 at Strabane Square. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
Assault charge: Jamar Terry, 31, of 109 W. Walnut St., Washington, was arrested Monday on a warrant for allegedly throwing a remote control at Sharae Woods, hitting her in the face, on April 12. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller on a charge of simple assault and placed in the Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Disorderly conduct charge: Efrain Suarez, 25, of 1200 Summerlea Ave., Washington, was arrested early Wednesday by Washington police for allegedly threatening the bartender and a patron at 50-Yard Line bar, 105 Henderson Ave. He was asked to leave the bar. When he returned and was found outside, police said he had a gun. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller on a charge of disorderly conduct and placed in the Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.
Drug charges: Corey W. Dorsey, 101 Eleanor St., Burgettstown, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for drug charges filed by state police after he allegedly sold drugs to confidential informants on two occasions in 2011. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in the Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.
Warrant arrest: Preston E. Klages, 28, of 211 S. College St., Washington, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants. He was wanted on a burglary charge by Washington police for allegedly entering a home at 736 Ewing St. without permission in July 2011. He also was wanted by state police for selling crack to a confidential informant in May 2011. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of burglary and possession and possession to intent deliver crack. He was placed in the Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.
