Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:
Jonathan D. Wilson, 36, of 16 N. Pine St., Ellsworth; second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 30 after being found passed out behind the steering wheel of his car driven into an enbankment on Wilson Road, Bentleyville, with a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Christopher C. Titchnell, 51, of 550 Broad St., Washington; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged following a traffic stop on Sept. 1 at Main and Chestnut streets, Canton Township, with a BAC of 0.166 percent; sentence – 180 days to 23 months in jail with work release, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.
Antonio D. Steadman, 40, of 199 Main St., Perryopolis; DUI; charged Nov. 3 following a traffice stop in the 1500 block of Meldon Ave., Donora, with a BAC of 0.137 percent; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
William Artman, 64, of 1322 Hidden Valley Drive, Bulger; second offense of DUI; charged Aug. 25 following a traffic stop on West Lincoln Avenue in McDonald, with a BAC of 0.120 percent; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring with the first 30 days on SCRAM, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension.
William Bluming, 37, of 85 Cross Over Road, Bulger; DUI; charged Oct. 28 following a traffic stop on Dickson Street, Midway; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Brian E. Kelley, 33, of 540 Broad St., Washington; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged July 7 on Route 844, Canton Township, with a BAC of 0.139 percent; sentence – 6 months plus 90 days on home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM with work release, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.
Karen Davis, 36, of 598 Marianna Road, Clarksville; third offense of DUI; charged Sept. 16 at 999 Jefferson Ave., Washington, with a BAC of 0.135 percent; sentence – 6 months on home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.
Ericcson R. Burnfield, 27, of 1440 Henderson Ave., Washington; third offense of DUI; charged Aug. 28 following a traffic stop on Jefferson Avenue, Washington, with a BAC of 0.250 percent; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 23 months with work release, home monitoring the first 12 months, $1,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month license suspension.
Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can have their record expunged.
Derrek K. Wible, 22, of 431 W. Malden Drive, Coal Center, was admitted for 9 months for theft for stealing a necklace from a Coal Center woman’s bedroom.
Megan L. Walton, 21, of 1835 N. Main St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft from Walmart, Trinity Point.
Christopher R. Jaggie, 22, of 205 High St., Weirton, W.Va., was admitted for 6 months for furnishing liquor to minors at 610 Kings Creek Road, Hanover Township.

Shannon D. Whitlock, 22, of 305 Patsch St., Houston, and Darlene J. Lindle, 60, of Florence, Ky.
