Drug arrest: Tabitha Walls, 26, of Waynesburg, was arrested on a warrant related to drug charges Tuesday on Route 21 near Barton Hollow Road, state police said. Walls was accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover state trooper Sept. 8, 2011. She was arraigned before District Judge Glenn Bates on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Walls was placed in the Greene County jail on $25,000 bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 4.
Theft: A battery was stolen from a tractor at 280 Ankrom Road between 7 p.m. May 23, and 11 a.m. May 24, state police said. The property is owned by Randy Cumer of the same address.
Drug arrest: Brittany V. Stallman, 23, of Waynesburg, was arrested May 14 on a warrant based on charges related to the alleged sale of heroin, state police said. Police said Stallman sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover state trooper Jan. 1. She was arraigned before District Judge Lou Dayich on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Stallman was released on $20,000 unsecured bond. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 17.
Theft: A global positioning system unit was stolen from a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe parked on South Maiden Street about 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, Waynesburg Borough police said. The GPS unit is owned by Ryan Tyler of Waynesburg.
