West Penn Power Makes Free Water and Ice Available to Customers without Power

GREENSBURG (AP) – West Penn Power customers who lost power as a result of severe overnight weather in southwestern Pennsylvania can receive one bag of ice and two gallons of water at no charge at participating Giant Eagle grocery stores. Supplies are limited.
