The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:
Mark W.J. Shriver, 20, of 3242 Country Hollow Road 58, Irondale, Ohio; hindering apprehension, receiving stolen property; charged July 2, 2012, April 15, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation, $1 restitution (left open), 50 hours of community service, no contact with victims.
Cayla Camerson, 21, of 501 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; theft by unlawful taking, false reports; charged April 27, Sept. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, $50 restitution.
Robert M. Byers, 43, of 8707 Noblestown Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 6 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first five days on home monitoring, $300 fine.
Gregory A. McHenry, 21, of 71 Tarr Heights Drive, Canonsburg; two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged June 2; sentence – 23 months of probation, $300 restitution, no contact with victims.
Daniel P. Kelley Jr., 28, of 1150 E. Beau St., Washington; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property; charged May 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, $400 restitution.
Demitrius L. Davis, 35, of Reeseman Mobile Home Park, Lot 56, Waynesburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Nicole E. Lane, 27, of 92 Main St., Apt. A, Hickory; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Terry L. Miller, 55, of 503 Main St., West Brownsville; disorderly conduct; charged June 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Tonja L. Snyder, 32, of 74 South Hills Terrace, Brownsville; retail theft; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with Family Dollar.
Michael Wick, 21, of 944 Burnsville Road, Claysville; firearms not to be carried without a license; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 23 months of probation, no possession of weapons until a license is obtained.
Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders:
Ashley L. Carrier, 30, of 156 Sundust Road, Eighty Four, was admitted for 18 months for receiving stolen property, theft by deception, charged June 15; Amanda E. Asbury, 32, of 71 N. Wren Drive, Pittsburgh, was admitted for 12 months for theft by unlawful taking, charged Oct. 13, 2012; Khourtney E. Franell, 22, of 52 Shannon Ave., Apt. B, Washington, was admitted for 24 months for access device issued to another who did not authorize use, theft by unlawful taking and two counts of theft of services, charged June 17 and Sept. 24.
