Greene County Conservation District will meet at 10 a.m. today in the mezzanine conference room in the Fort Jackson Building, Waynesburg.

EMS Southwest Ambulance Service will conduct a child safety seat check from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at its location on Rolling Meadows Road in Waynesburg. Safety seats will not be provided, but technicians will assist with instructions for proper child seat installation.

Country music will be featured from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the New Freeport Fire Hall. Bands scheduled to appear are The Wheeling Cat Slim Lehart, 7 to 9 p.m., and Ambassadors for Christ, 9 to 10 p.m. Admission is $4 and the event is sponsored by the ladies auxiliary.

Jefferson Baptist Church will hold a spaghetti dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the education building. The meal will include spaghetti, salad and dessert. Proceeds will benefit the mission team that will be returning to Haiti in January for the fourth year. Donations will be accepted at the door.
