The Washington County property reassessment has moved on to Cecil Township, where Tyler Technologies employees will be taking photographs of commercial properties beginning Sunday. The team will concentrate on photographing office buildings and complexes, commercial properties that are closed and commercial properties where there is limited car and foot traffic, according to Robert Neil, assessment project manager for Washington County.
