The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Anthony C. Rogers, 25, of 316 Center Ave., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 20, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Donald Franks, 44, of 411 McCrea Ave., Donora; flight; charged March 23; sentence – 15 to 30 months in jail, $409 restitution.

Stephan V. Wasler, 38, of 230 Cortez Drive, Washington; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 27, 2012; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of home monitoring with the first 30 days on SCRAM with work release, $950 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Robert P. Yucius, 25, of 627 Baldwin St., Apt. 1, Bridgeville; DUI, endangering the welfare of children; charged May 27; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail with the first 9 days on home monitoring with work release, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Randall L. Malanosky, 55, of 846 Spring Valley Road, Scenery Hill; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 16; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with the first 60 days on home monitoring with work release, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension.

William C. Waugh, 49, of 4325 Route 40, Claysville; DUI; charged May 25; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring with work release, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
