The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Nathan A. Chaney, 28, of 374 Castle Road, Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 22, 2012; sentence – 1 to 12 months on home monitoring with work release, no contact with victim.

Vincent J. Sacco, 29, of 118 Gibson St., Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged Jan. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, banned from Walmart.

Sheena M. Johnson, 29, of 620 W. Pike St., Canonsburg; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 21, 2012; sentence – $89 restitution, 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.

Salvadore B. Polacek, 29, of 1416 Water St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged June 24; sentence – restitution in amount to be determined, 12 months of probation, banned from all Walmarts.

Chester E. Kuczykowski, 31, of 171 Crawford Road, Fredericktown; possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, banned from Rite-Aid in Canonsburg.

Nathaniel Johnson, 19, of 1132 Wilmington St., Washington; flight to avoid apprehension, receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 27; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim.

Hannah M. Rudovsky, 23, of 709 1/2 Rear Lincoln Ave., North Charleroi; endangering the welfare of children; charged Jan. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Rickey E. Wright, 55, of 19 Euclid Ave., Washington; retail theft, criminal trespassing; charged Nov. 16 and Dec. 26, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Melinda L. Quick, 28, of 138 Main St., Apt. 1, Claysville; hindering apprehension, endangering the welfare of children, simple possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 26; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with codefendant.

Anthony D. Porterfield, 21, of 99 Water St., Apt. 3B, Masontown; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, duties at stop sign, driving at unsafe speed; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 5 to 12 months of home monitoring with work release, $50 fine.

Eric Chronister, 29, of 120 Oak Spring Road, Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail, 100 hours of community service, 12 months of probation.

Jeffrey L. Thomas, 39, of Brownsville; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Jan. 14, 2012; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

James A. Anthony Jr., 24, of 3842 Kelley Hollow Road, Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 14, 2012; 45 days to 10 months in jail, 12 months of probation.

Andrew Seykoski, 40, of 33 Holly Drive, Charleroi; two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of corruption of minors; charged Dec. 12, 2012; sentence – 8 to 23 months in jail, 24 months of probation.
