DUI, marijuana charges: Emily Karnes, 22, of Washington, was charged Thursday by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and traffic violations stemming from an Oct., 4 traffic stop at Jefferson Avenue and West Beau Street, Washington. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Two face charges: Rose Ann Johnson, 33, and Michael McMasters, 37, both of West Finley, each will be charged by state police with harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from an altercation Thursday at St. Clair’s Junk Yard, 890 W. Finley Road, West Finley. McMasters is accused of punching Johnson in the face and Johnson is accused of trying to punch McMasters, police said. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
