Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Gabriel D. Welshans, 26, of 48 Perkins Lane, Burgettstown; conspiracy to commit burglary; charged Sept. 9, 2012; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with work release, $5,000 restitution, no contact with victim or codefendant.

Antonio A. Gentile, 34, of 39 Conger Road, Prosperity; providing false information, disorderly conduct; charged April 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, $100 fine.

Chad A. Weaverling, 23, of 103 W. O’Hara St., Apt. 2, McDonald; two counts of simple assault; charged Jan. 29, 2012 and March 26; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail, 24 months of probation, $250 restitution, no contact with victim.

Ramone J. Barnes, 27, of 675 Addison St., Washington; propulsion of missiles onto roadways; charged May 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.

Eric H. Hines, 23, of 12 Marko Trailer Park, Oakdale; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kurtis W. Lowe, 24, of 213 Luella Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Chet A. McLaughlin, 45, of 601 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; harassment, two counts of defiant trespass; charged Dec. 18 and Jan. 8; sentence – 15 months of probation, no contact with victim, Dollar General and Rite Aid.

Roman A. Martin, 23, of 1133 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; burglary, theft; charged Feb. 8 and March 25; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with work release, no contact with victim, restitution to be determined.

Pamela J. Brooks, 38, of 123 Main St., Apt. 1, New Eagle; aggravated assault, simple assault; charged Feb. 22 and May 20; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail.

David R. Chadwick, 47, of 629 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; simple assault, defiant trespass, sale less than quantity; charged Oct. 4, 2010; sentence – 20 days to 12 months on home monitoring, 12 months of probation, no contact with victim, $1,200 restitution.

James R. Kline, 23, of 497 Mount Vernon Drive, Pittsburgh; theft; charged May 9, 2012; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail, $319 restitution, no contact with victim.

Nathaniel B. Flis, 31, of 1271 W. Chestnut St., Washington; simple assault; charged Sept. 12, 2011; sentence – 2 to 12 months in jail, no contact with victim.

London M. Cochran, 38, of 196 N. Main St., New Athens, Ohio; second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 6 to 18 months on home monitoring with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

Clifford W. Schultz, 37, of 1130 Laurel Hill Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI, operating a vehicle without a ignition interlock system; charged Dec. 21; sentence – 4 to 18 months on home monitoring, $600 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Charles A. Niehaus, 44, of 809 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brenda Worstell, 33, of 127 Bartleyville Road, Burgettstown; public intoxication; charged Feb. 16, 2012; sentence – $100 fine.

Jillian J. McBride, 36, of 670 1/2 Henderson Ave., Washington; simple possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 2, 2012 and June 9, 2011; sentence – 9 to 18 months on home monitoring, 12 months of probation.

Zack A. Blonski, 21, of 207 Prospect St., Midway; paraphernalia, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy; charged May 12 and Oct. 2, 2012; sentence – 8 to 23 months in jail, 36 months of probation, $1,122 restitution, no contact with victim or Kramers Tavern.

Chaz A. Simmons, 23, of 3530 Clay Road, Spencer, W.Va.; DUI; charged May 9; sentence – 2 to 6 months in jail, $550 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Mickie Z. Parkin, 23, of 1801 Beech Hollow Road, Bulger; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Fred Johnson Jr., 44, of 154 Galleton Drive, Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Christopher M. Wilson, 20, of 10 Sarish Park Drive, Burgettstown; two counts of DUI, reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 5, 2012 and June 1; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with work release, 12 months of probation, $2,000 fine, 30-month license suspension, restitution to be determined.

Sharon M. Wolf, 39, of 626 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Leon McClain Jr., 24, of 176 May Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged April 6; sentence – $100 fine.

Tammy S. Macherosky, 41, of 534 Springdale Road, Eighty Four; theft; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 90 days to 12 months in jail with work release, $200 restitution, no contact with victim.

Matthew Laktash Jr., 45, of 406 Washington Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Feb. 29, 2012; 9 to 18 months in jail, banned from Dollar General, restitution.

Patrick O’Reilly, 21, of Westland; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 17, 2011; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail with work release.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their record expunged. Admitted were:

Veronica Rodriguez, 55, of 417 Prospect Ave., Donora, was admitted for 12 months for obstructing the administration of law or government function, charged March 3.

Jessica Carpenter, 20, of 309 Dewey Ave., Washington, was admitted for 3 months for possession of marijuana, charged May 12.

Crystal Hudson, 24, of 119 Luella Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 6 months, charged Aug. 9.

Brady M. McFeely, 22, of 1008 Upper Crest Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months, charged March 26.

Admitted to the ARD program for 12 months for first offenses of DUI were:

Appearing before Judge Debbie O’Dell Seneca was:

Doneal Marsette, 52, of 115 E. College St., Canonsburg; DUI; charged Feb. 22; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension, restitution to be determined.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

David A. Rogers, 48, of 35 Interstate Drive, Claysville; corruption of minors, simple assault; charged Jan. 1, 2003; sentence – 5 years of probation, no contact with victim.

Jason A. Barney, 35, of 1708 Tyler St., Aliquippa; disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, harassment; charged Jan. 2; sentence – 270 days of probation, $99 restitution.

Lisa M. Gullick, 45, of 620 1/2 Ewing St., Washington; two counts of DUI; charged May 13, 2012 and April 12; sentence – 30 days to 17 months in jail with the first 6 months on SCRAM, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

Joseph F. Shupenko, 25, of 602 McKee Ave., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine.
