Man faces sexual assault hearing

GRAYSVILLE – A Graysville man was charged with sexually assaulting a minor in her Richhill Township residence Oct. 9.

Police said Ulysses Arligh Zimmerman, 30, is charged with aggravated indecent assault of a person under the age of 16, corruption of minors, indecent assault without the consent of the other person and indecent assault of a person less than 16.

When the sssault charges were filed, Zimmerman was already in the Greene County jail for allegedly stealing money and a piece of jewelry from a shed at a residence on Jefferson Road Oct. 24, 2012.

A preliminary hearing in the criminal trespass case is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday before Greene County Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates. A preliminary hearing for the sexual assault is scheduled for 2 p.m. Oct. 31 before Dayich.
