CRUCIBLE – Crucible Volunteer Fire Department held its 15th Doll Baby Pageant Oct. 12 in the social hall of the fire department.

There were 20 entries in various categories and age divisions, and the pageant was directed by Nikki Panepinto of Carmichaels. Judges were 2013 Coal Queen Marina Stefano of Connellsville Area High School and Andrew Most of Ambridge.

Winning titles were:

• Supreme titles winners: Lily Bell, 2-year-old daughter of Kayla Bell from Washington, Tiny Miss Crucible; Jonny Grippe, 2-year-old son of Caroline and Jonathan Grippe from Uniontown, Mister Crucible; and Baylee Wydo, 15-year-old daughter of Brandi and Ed Streit from Carmichaels, Petite Miss Supreme.

• Baby Miss – (19 months to 2 years): Ra’yliea Silbaugh, 2-year-old daughter of LuFeshia and Robert Silbaugh from Masontown, Baby Miss Crucible; Emma Ritenour, 2-year-old daughter of Sabrina Brown and Cecil Ritenour from Nemacolin, Baby Miss Crucible Photogenic.

• Baby Mister – (16 months to 3 years): Jaxson Connelly, 2-year-old son of Kendall and Justin Connelly of Carmichaels, Baby Mister Crucible and Baby Mister Crucible Photogenic.

• Tiny Miss – (3 to 4 years): Ke’Lani Chun, 3-year-old daughter of Sherri and Fabian Chun from Crucible, Tiny Miss Crucible and Tiny Miss Crucible Photogenic.

• Mini Miss – (5 to 7 years): Ellie Wise, 7-year-old daughter of Michelle and Michael Wise from Hundred, W.Va., Mini Miss Crucible; Breona Reda, 5-year-old daughter of Karie Balash and Jeremy Reda from Masontown, Mini Miss Crucible Photogenic.

• Mini Mister – (4 to 6 years): Roman Grippe, 6-year-old son of Caroline and Jonathan Grippe from Uniontown, Mini Mister Crucible and Mini Mister Crucible Photogenic.

• Petite Miss – (8 to 11 years): Megan Pecjak, 11-year-old daughter of Beth and John Pecjak from Waynesburg, Petite Miss Crucible and Petite Miss Crucible Photogenic.

• Young Miss – (12 to 15 years): Justice Grippe, 14-year-old daughter of Caroline and Jonathan Grippe from Uniontown, Young Miss Crucible; Kylee Myers, 13-year-old daughter of Melissa and Chris Myers from Masontown, Young Miss Crucible Photogenic.

• Other awards – Crucible Cover model, Ke’Lani Chun; Crucible Princess titles, Ke’Lani Chun, Bentley Collins, Mikyah Patrick and Ellie Wise; Crucible Prince title, Jaxson Connelly; and Crucible Sweetheart, Kylee Myers.
