Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Paulette Williams, 43, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; simple assault: charged Sept. 11, 2012; 3 to 23 months in jail, paroled.

Chaz Alexander Selinsky, 20, of Monogahela; theft of a motor vehicle; charged July 14, 2012; 9 to 23 months in jail, restitution.

Ryan Kowalski, 35, of 28 Meadowcrest Drive, Cecil; retail theft; charged April 28; 12 months of probation, restitution.

Kathleen S. Joy, 63, of 103 Foxchase Drive, Canonsburg; retail theft; charged June 28; time served on home monitoring.

Jennifer L. Brake, 31, of 177 First Ave., New Eagle; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 16; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation.

Christina Diane Marth, 32, of 15 Sperring Lane, Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 5, 2012; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol treatment.

William Meyers, 28, of 407 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg; theft of leased property; charged Jan. 22; 12 months of probation, restitution.

Michael Griest, 27, of 604 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy; charged March 15; 3 to 12 months in jail and no contact with victim.

Jason Lowther, 32, of 411 4th St., Monessen; theft by unlawful taking, bad checks; charged March 2; six to 23 months home monitoring, $12, 836 restitution.

Ryan Keith Morris, 20, of 200 Sprowls Alley, Claysville; marijuana possession; charged March 27, 2012; 30 days of probation, 25 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation.

Alfred Arnold, 56, of Scottsville, Ky.; retail theft; charged June 21; 15 to 30 months in jail, $18,751 restitution to Walmart.

One man was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If he successfully completes the program he can petition the court to have his record expunged.

Wesley Van Miller, 23, of 20802 Route 136, Eighty Four, was admitted for 6 months for theft by deception, conspiracy and receiving stolen property; he was charged June 27.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Donald C. Boyle, 55, of Belleville, Ill.; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Oct. 30 and 31; 10 day sto six months on home monitoring, $1,000 fine, one-year license suspension.

Kenneth Lobb, 48, of 1517 Main St., Burgettstown; theft; charged Jan. 12; 23 months of probation, $4,080 restitution to victim.

Bryan S. Dague, 28, of 125 Old Meadow Road, Canonsburg; theft; charged Oct. 19; 9 to 23 months in jail, probation, $4552 restitution to victim.

Charles Galutzi, 50, of 1502 Main St., Burgettstown; burglary, theft, criminal mischief; charged Feb. 28; 2 to 4 years in prison, no contact with victim.

Jessica Ann Naber, 29, of 938 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Nov. 20; 10 days to 12 months in jail, probation, no contact with Giant Eagle.

Jennifer Renee McAnany, 23, of 4 Cara Drive, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 9; 6 to 12 months in state prison.

David Thomas West, 29, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; theft, 13 counts of forgery, conspiracy; charged Aug. 1; 9 to 23 months in jail, drug and alcohol evaluation, $6,764 restitution, no contact with victims.

John M. Rosenberger, 47, of 6 Barber Ave., Eighty Four; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 25; 12 months of probation.

William Henry Howes of 17 Howes Lane, Fredericktown; drug possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 21, 2012 and Feb. 22, 2013; 6to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.

Jared Lee Anthony Lawson, 27, of 303 Shady Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 16; 12 months of probation.

Joseph Henry Rankin, 51, of 501 Main St., West Brownsville; simple assault; charged April 3; 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.

Zachary S. Puklus, 26, of 265 Parkwood Circle, Canonsburg; receiving stolen property; charged Oct. 19; 23 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, $4,551 restitution to victim.

Heather L. Lyle, 30, of Irwin; disorderly conduct; charged March 24; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation.

One person was admitted to the ARD program for first offenders.

Charles A. Simpson, 33, of 910 E. Maiden St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for theft by deception and trespassing; charged Dec. 18; also ordered to provide 25 hours of community service, no contact with Walmart.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Courtney Lee Monack, 21, of 499 Pittsburgh Road, West Brownsville; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 17; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation.

Cameron William Halloran, 25, of 4119 Windsor St., Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 1; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation.

James Hill, 24, of 1509 N. Murtland St., Pittsburgh; false identification to police, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 13; 12 months on electronic home monitoring followed by 12 months of probation.

Jeffrey Scott Miles, 39, of 17 Angerer Road, Canonsburg; four counts of disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 21; $1,200 fine.

Nathan Shields, 29, of 330 Country Club Road, Washington; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 6; 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation.

Daysha Raye Gullick, 25, of 193 Roberts Road, Eighty Four; DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged April 10; 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine.

Brandon Ronald Allen, 22, of 440 E. Chestnut St., Washington; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 5; 18 to 36 months in jail followed by 2 years of probation.

Dean Urash, 43, of 826 Jane Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged March 10; $200 fine.

Darlene Roble, 57, of 110 W. Wylie Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 3, 2012; 3 to 23 months in jail, drug and alcohol evaluation.

One person was admitted to the ARD program for first offenders.

James Paul Lang Jr., 51, of 20 Elrama Ave., Elrama, was admitted for 12 months for child endangerment; charged June 26; also ordered to attend parenting classes.
