Marijuana, paraphernalia charges: Eric B. Winters, 22, of Washington, faces charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after he was found with the suspected items Saturday at the intersection of Caldwell Avenue and Hickory Street, Canton, state police said.

Paraphernalia charge: Raquel Rae Bryner, 21, of Washington, faces a charge of possession of paraphernalia after she was found with a suspected crack pipe Saturday at the Park and Ride lot, Jessop Place exit, Canton, state police said.

Fence struck: Kyle Hallam, Center School Road, Morgan, Greene County, told state police Wednesday that a burgundy Mazda struck his fence and then fled. The vehicle would have damage to the front end. Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Waynesburg at 724-627-6151.
