College Street is scheduled to be closed from Beau Street to Chestnut Street, Chestnut to Walnut Street and Walnut to Highland Avenue Monday through Thursday as construction continues on the Route 19 corridor project through Washington. No work is scheduled Friday, which is a make-up day.
