The South Strabane Township police and fire departments will conduct the annual 9/11 memorial service for the community at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday at the American flag in the parking lot of Washington Mall near JCPenney.

Anyone in uniform who plans to participate in the service is asked to arrive by 8:20 a.m.
