WAYNESBURG – Three criminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Wednesday by Judge Farley Toothman.

Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs. Defendants charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol.

Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.

Georgia Lynn Snyder, 42, of Mather, charged with false reports to law enforcement agencies; March 13, Snyder reported to state police her boyfriend was viewing child pornography on his mother’s computer; a search warrant was executed and no evidence of child pornography was found; Snyder later told police she lied to them because she believed her boyfriend was cheating on her and had mistreated her.

Ian Patrick McCombs, 22, of 167 Maple St., Carmichaels, charged with DUI and two summary traffic violations; arrested May 10, McCombs had a blood-alcohol content level of .121 percent, police said.

Kiera Jacquelin Janosky, 21, of 346 S. Washington St., Waynesburg, charged with theft; police said Janosky stole $1,377.80 from Vocelli Pizza in Waynesburg, where she was employed, between Jan. 4 and 15. She was entered into the program for three years and ordered to pay restitution to Vocelli.
