Short-term stoppages are occurring on Union and Clinton avenues and Noblestown Road in Oakdale.

Crews will be removing debris from below the three bridges that carry the roads over Robinson Run. Single lane closures will occur as needed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Sept. 27. Flaggers will control traffic.
