Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge DiSalle were:
Ronald J. Wingrove, 38, of Dunlevy; endangering the welfare of another person; charged Sept. 9, 2011; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with victim, anger management, restitution to be determined.
James A. Burnsworth, 36, of 34 Taylor Ave., Clarksville; terroristic threats,, stalking; charged Sept. 22; sentence – 10 1/2 to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim, anger management.
Robert A. Cook, 54, of 3207 Reissing Road, McDonald; simple assault; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 23 months of probation, anger management.
Daniel A. Decker, 27, of 2894 Main St., Beallsville; simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation with the first 2 months on home monitoring, $3,228 in restitution, no contact with victim.
Bruce T. Kelley Jr., 34, of 123 Church St., Apt. 2, Washington; two counts of theft; charged Oct. 3; sentence – 1 to 6 months in jail, $110 in restitution, no contact with victims.
Aaron T. Hrutkay, 24, of 917 Old National Pike, Apt. A, Brownsville; driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 2, 2012; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $700 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Danielle Zemko, 25, of 27 Sersen Ave., Van Voorhis; DUI; charged March 2, 2012; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Kenneth Schroeder, 30, of 420 E. Maiden St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Richard L. Evans, 48, of 119 Union Drive, Lot 4, Lakeland, Fla.; attempted statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age; charged June 6, 2009; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail followed by 2 years of probation, no contact with victim, register in accordance with Megan’s Law.
Bryan M. Roberts, 30, of 1555 Bristoria Road, Holbrook; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 1 year of high impact probation with the first 4 months on intensive supervision.
Krystle A. Lewis, 27, of 4132 Battle Ridge Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license, bad checks, theft; charged Aug. 20 and June 5, 2012, and March 19; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation, $1,700 fine, $29,787 in restitution, 18-month license suspension, no contact with victim.
Jonathan E. Boyer, 35, of 1224 Fourth Ave., Conway; three counts of retail theft; charged Sept. 12; sentence – 6 to 12 months on home monitoring, $1,483 in restitution, banned from WalMart.
Randy J. Ceccone, 50, of 685 Addison St., Washington; indecent assault, two counts of corruption of minors; charged April 15, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months on home monitoring followed by 10 years of probation, register in accordance with Megan’s Law.
Jason A. Taylor, 33, of 411 Spruce St., Apt. 1, Canonsburg; criminal conspiracy, theft, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct; charged May 19, 2012, and July 7; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of high impact probation, no contact with victims or codefendants.
Raphael M. Dorsett, 22, of 15 Mirage St., McDonald; receiving stolen property, access device fraud, theft, fleeing; charged Aug. 24, 2011 and Jan. 15; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.
Adam M. Gallo, 30, of 142 Morton St., New Eagle; driving with a suspended license, operating vehicle without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, altered documents; charged Oct. 12; sentence – 12 months in jail, $500 fine.

Ronald E. Hoffman, 49, of 752 Western Ave., Houston; criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 22, 2012; sentence – 3 years of probation with 12 months on home monitoring with work release, $25,000 restitution, no contact with victim.

Devaugn A. Johnson, 22, of 222 East Pitt St., Canonsburg; resisting arrest, flight, theft; charged May 3; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail, anger management.
Vicki M. Douglass, 41, of 3314 Millers Run Road, McDonald; theft by unlawful taking; charged May 2; sentence – 90 days in jail with work release, 6 to 23 months of probation with the first 90 days on home monitoring followed by 2 years of probation, $41, 835.39 restitution.
David Y. Ebron, 31, of 280 East Prospect Ave., Apt. 2, Washington; make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 17, 2012 and June 27, 2012; sentence – 60 days to 18 months in jail with the first 60 days on home monitoring, 12 months probation.
Antonio J. Manion, 34, of 91 Highland Ave., Avella; tampering with physical evidence; charged March 8; sentence – 24 months of probation, 50 hours of community service.
Samuel J. Kusaji, 42, of 106 Lantern Ave., West Newton; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 18, 2012; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail.
Christopher J. Thorpe, 42, of 106 Blythe Ave., Charleroi; five counts of gambling devices; charged April 3, 2012; sentence – 5 years of probation.
Olga I. Rivera, 50, of 139 North Haft St., Houston; loan or lending firearm; charged Nov. 8, 2011; sentence – 23 months of probation.
Randy L. Earley Jr., 30, of 429 Jackson St., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb.1; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Albert R. Bower, 46, of PO Box 1491, Washington; harassment; charged Jan. 3; sentence – 6 months of probation, no contact with victim.
Stacy L. Shipley, 50, of 301 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft; charged Aug. 1, 2010 through Oct. 29, 2012; sentence – $106, 369. 69 restitution, Intermediate Punishment program for 3 years with the first 6 months on home monitoring with work release, 100 hours community service, no contact with Meadows Racetrack & Casino and Charleroi School District.
Kristen Steffan, 29, of 306 North Central Ave., Canonsburg; false identification to law enforcement; charged Nov. 30, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William Leasure, 36, of 177 First Ave., New Eagle; criminal attempt, defiant trespass; charged April 23; sentence – 23 months of probation with the first 90 days on home monitoring, 100 hours of community service.
Joshua C. Patragas, 33, of 437 East Chestnut St., Apt. 2, Washington; retail theft; charged May 28; sentence – 23 months of probation.
