Liquor law violation: Greene County Citizens Club No. 7 in Nemacolin was charged with failing to maintain records as required by the Liquor Code between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013, according to the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The case will be heard by an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties.

Access device fraud: Two online purchases were made using the credit card number of Betty Anderson of Dilliner at about 7:05 p.m. Monday, state police said.

Club cited: The Polish American Citizens Club in Bobtown was charged with failing to maintain records required by the Liquor Code between May 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013, and for possessing or operating gambling devices or permitting gambling on the premises on April 30, according to the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The case will be heard by an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties.

Wire stolen: An undetermined amount of copper wire was stolen from a gas well site at 375 Adamik Road between 5:30 a.m. Sept. 13 and 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, state police said. The property is owned by Chevron Inc.

Theft: A Terex brand light tower was stolen from a Pennsylvania Energy supply yard at 582 Lippencott Road between Aug. 26 and Monday, state police said.

Vehicle thefts: Two cars, both Oldsmobile 98s, were stolen from property on Johnson Road between Aug. 30 and Sept. 11, state police said. The vehicles are owned by Imogene R. Phillippi of Waynesburg. Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to contact state police at 724-627-6151.
