CLEVELAND (AP) – An Ohio woman accused of forcing four women, including two teens, into prostitution has pleaded guilty to conspiring to engage in drug and sex trafficking.

Federal authorities said 23-year-old Ashley Onysko of Avon Lake entered her plea Friday in U.S. District Court in Cleveland. Her sentencing is scheduled for Jan.14.

Onysko and 37-year-old Jeremy Mack of Elyria were arrested April 9. Mack awaits trial.

Onysko told investigators she worked for Mack arranging sex meetings and posting online ads.

U.S. Attorney Steven Dettelbach alleges the pair used narcotics to gain control over victims. One victim told investigators Mack forced her to have sex for money to settle a drug debt and she believed she’d be beaten if she kept any money.

A message seeking comment was left with Onysko’s attorney.
