Liquor law violation: Boondocks Bar and Grill Inc., 415 Pitgas Road, was charged with smoking or permiting smoking in a public place where it is banned and failing to post required signage, according to the state police’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. Police said the incident occurred May 16.
Burglary: State police in Washington reported that a Husqvarna chain saw, a Stihl chain saw, a Dewalt cordless reciprocating saw and a grinder were taken from an unlocked garage at 460 Crestmont Road between 8:30 p.m. Sept. 14 and 9:30 a.m. last Sunday. The items, valued at $750, belonged to Clyde T. Burkett of Washington.
Theft: State police in Uniontown reported that a 1996 camouflage Yamaha Warrior 350 quad ATV, owned by David E. Abels, 31, of Marianna, was stolen from a residence on Meadow Alley between 3:30 and 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Anyone with information may call the Washington state police barracks, 724-223-5200.
Theft: According to state police in Washington, someone driving a dark green Dodge Dakota extended cab pickup truck took a five-gallon gas can containing gasoline owned by Kristy Lynn Clutter of West Alexander. Police said the incident occurred about 10:30 a.m. Thursday at 550 Beham Ridge Road.
