Taillights broken: The taillights were broken on a Kia Spectra parked in a pull off area at Clarksville Road and Center School Road between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said. The vehicle is owned by Penny Spohn of Marianna.
