The following people appeared for sentencing recently in Washington County Court:
Admitted to the ARD program by Judge Katherine Emery for 12 months for first offenses of DUI was Richard A. Solomon, 24, of 115 Baird St., Monongahela.
Admitted to the ARD program by Emery for first-time offender, non DUI, were:
Peggy L. Richards, 46, of 13 Arch St., Vestaburg, admitted for 24 months for foodstamps/assistance fraud, charged July 1, 2011.
Donna Hilbert, 48, of Bridgeville, admitted for 24 months for three counts of criminal information, charged Jan. 19.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Robert L. Lester Jr., 26, of 430 1/2 West Chestnut St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 5 and Nov. 30, 2012; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail, 12 months of probation with work release.
Deborah A. Smith, 45, of 283 Nebraska Road, Tionesta; theft by unlawful taking; charged May 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, $353.91 restitution, banned from Sunoco in McMurray.
Charles A. Witkowski, 48, of 42 Shannon Road, Monongahela; open lewdness; charged June 11; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jessica Caserta Jones, 31, of 6822 Ridge Ave., Finleyville; theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft; charged Jan. 17; sentence – 23 months of probation, $116.67 restitution, no contact with victim or codefendant.
Zachary S. Lewis, 24, of 335 Stonebrook Drive, McMurray; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 2, 2012; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.
Patrick J. Joyce, 50, of 24 Third St., Lawrence; terroristic threats, harassment; charged Jan. 1; sentence – 2 years of probation, no contact with victim, anger management, restitution to be determined.
Albert M. Morrell, 63, of 230 Cortez Drive, Washington; theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property; charged Jan. 26; sentence – 1 to 12 months on home monitoring, no contact with victims.
Erich M. Openbrier, 21, of 411 W. Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, McDonald; statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault of a person less then 16 years of age; charged Nov. 26, 2012; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail, 5 years of probation, registration with Megan’s Law, no contact with victim or family.
Bobbi Jo Rumble-Smith, 34, of 395 Donnan Ave., Apt. 19, Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged July 1, 2009; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail.?
Zackary Michael Thomas Miller, 23, of 3602 Brownsville Road, Apt. 3, Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged June 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, $54.97 restitution, banned from Kmart.
Adam M. Gallo, 30, of 142 Morton St., New Eagle; driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, altered documents; charged Oct. 12, 2012; sentence – 12 months in jail, $500 fine.
Zachary H. Allen, 20, of 105 Gilmore Road, Finleyville; acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of burglary; charged Oct. 8 and 24, 2012, April 1 and 16, 2013; sentence – 23 months in RIPP with first 4 months in jail, followed by 6 months on home monitoring, $750 restitution.
Janey S. Johnson, 24, of 1090 Michigan Ave., Apt. 2, Washington; retail theft; charged June 21; sentence – 3 years of probation.
Sebastian D. Walker, 23, of 72 Laurel Road, North Charleroi; two counts of corruption of minors, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault; charged Oct. 9, 10 and 12, 2012; 18 months of probation, anger management, no contact with minor children except his own.
Jeremy R. Washington, 25, of 345 Fannie St., McDonald; simple assault; charged Oct. 28, 2012; sentence – 2 to 23 months on home monitoring, $600 restitution, anger management, banned from Michael’s bar in McDonald, no contact with victim.
William E. Lowe, 32, of 372 Cunningham Road, Claysville; possession of a controlled substance, second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 3, 2012; sentence – 6 to 18 months on home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock device.
Cheryl L. Coultier, 40, of 1002 W. George St., Carmichaels; DUI, careless driving; charged March 18, 2012; sentence – $1,000 fine, 3 weeks to 6 months on home monitoring, 12-month license suspension.
Christine M. Shadeck, 48, of 1481 N. Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; DUI, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property; charged Feb. 14; sentence – $1,600 fine, 6 days to 6 months on home monitoring, 2-month license suspension.
Daniel L. Wilhelm, 49, of 880 Route 481, Monongahela; second offense of DUI; charged Jan. 12; sentence – $1,500 fine, 6 to 18 months on home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock device.
Chelsea M. Tinker, 23, of 605 Highland Ave., Apt. 5, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 16; sentence – $1,200 fine, 6 to 18 months on home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock device.
Jonathan Donaghy, 25, of 179 Ohio St., Washington; recklessly endangering another person; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 8 months of probation.
David A. Swaney, 24, of 216 College Ave., McClellandtown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 5, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation.
John D. Bracken Jr., 24, of 147 Cedar Grove Road, Avella; 29 counts of burglary and conspiracy; charged Dec. 18, 2010; sentence – $28,710.89 restitution, 1 to 2 years in jail, 15 years of probation.
Rebecca Gatalicia, 22, of 216 Lowber Road, Fayette City; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 3; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.
Jason W. Moore, 34, of 1027 Jones Ave., Braddock; burglary, conspiracy; charged Jan. 21; sentence – 3 to 12 months on home monitoring, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim or codefendant.
Misty L. Helmick, 23, of 1701 Ridgewood Drive, Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, $2,134 restitution.
