A Brentwood man accused of breaking into a West Pike Run Township home and stealing several electronic devices pleaded guilty Monday.

Mark R. Zabielski, 37, was scheduled to appear before Washington County Judge John DiSalle for a trial, but he instead pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit burglary. Other charges related to the case were dismissed.

Zabielski was accused of entering the home along the 200 block of California Drive on Aug. 27, 2010, and taking a laptop, iPod and a docking station.

He was sentenced to five years of probation and was ordered to pay restitution and to have no contact with the victims.
