Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Adam C. Wallace, 34, 517 E. Main St., Monongahela; terroristic threats; charged April 19; sentence – 3 years of probation

Scott R. Gasparovic, 46, 391 Weirich Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged July 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, banned from Wal-Mart, Trinity Point.

Alexander W. Story, 19, 838 Ponderosa Drive, Imperial; corruption of minors; charged July 24; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution.

Maggie A. Brown, 32, 527 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg; retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 24 months of probation, 50 hours of community service.

David N. Masciarelli, 53, 201 Old West Road, Bentleyville; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 20, 2011; sentence – 23 months of probation, continue mental health treatment.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Frank T. Sigle, 51, of 2505 Park Ave., Washington; criminal trespass; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Justin Marish, 27, 109B Grant St., Belle Vernon; receiving stolen property; charged Sept. 25; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Brent Bittner, 45, 210 Marshall Ave., Carnegie; simple assault; charged Sept. 10; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Regina R. Gump, 34, 45 Reesmans Drive, Waynesburg; two counts of harassment; charged March 24, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with the victim.

Jaime I. Santiago, 30, 519 Washington Ave., Charleroi; harassment; charged July 31; sentence – $150 fine.

Ronald M. Winters, 35, 221 E. Maiden St., Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 3 years of probation.

Douglas E. Wiley, 42, 2534 Maple Ave., Pittsburgh; forgery; charged Aug. 16; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and restitution.

James E. Maskil Jr., 44, 730 Broad St., Washington; corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children; charged March 25, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electric home monitoring followed by 3 years of probation, no contact with the victim.

Jason M. Earnest, 30, 6 Franklin St., Uniontown; simple assault; charged April 9; sentence – 6 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Jesse E. Powell, 19, 818 Agnew Road, Pittsburgh; possession of marijuana, charged April 16; sentence – 3 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Daniel W. Garver, 44, 30 Grandview Ave., Hickory, was admitted for 6 months for driving under the influence of alcohol, charged Dec. 23.

Frederick G. White, 75, 2034 Swallow Hill Road, Pittsburgh, was admitted for 12 months for open lewdness and disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 15.

Amanda J. Ritenoue, 23, of Normalville, was admitted for 12 months for theft and receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 15, 2012.

Jade A. Rea, 19, of 145 Lone Pine Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to have no contact with the victim for corruption of minors; charged April 18.

Joshua S. Petrilli, 25, of Bridgeville, was admitted for 24 months for theft and receiving stolen property and was ordered to pay restitution; charged April 5.
