Man charged: Larry F. Orloff Jr., 42, of Farmington, W.Va., was charged by state police Monday with a sale or transfer of firearms violation. Police said Orloff won a rifle at a Mt. Morris Sportsmen’s Club gun bash in October and failed to indicate on the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms form that he had a previous conviction in West Virginia for domestic violence simple assault.
