Panera to open Tuesday in Bridgeville

Covelli Enterprises plans to make dough literally and figuratively when it opens a Panera Bread at 6 a.m. Tuesday at 1025 Washington Pike, Bridgeville.

There will be grand-opening specials and giveaways Tuesday through Thursday at the site, where 63 have been hired full or part time in addition to third-shift bakers. This will be the 30th Panera in the Pittsburgh market, including Washington Road, Peters Township, and Trinity Pointe, South Strabane Township.
