A Monroeville man was arrested in the parking lot of First Niagara Pavilion Saturday night for allegedly threatening others with a handgun as the crowd was leaving the Wiz Khalifa concert.
Ryan M. Dillion, 22, is accused of threatening two men with the gun in the lot that police described in court documents as being filled with thousands of people.
Security told police the alleged victims indicated the man who pointed the gun was in a limousine with several other people.
The limousine was stopped and the passengers ordered out. Police said the two men were able to identify Dillion as being the one with the gun.
When asked if he had a gun, Dillion reportedly told police he did and that he had a permit to carry a weapon. Police said they found a 9 mm Glock handgun loaded with nine rounds. A magazine with 10 more rounds of ammunition was found in the trunk of the limousine. Police said Dillion was intoxicated.
Dillion was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on two counts each of reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, causing or risking a catastrophe, terroristic threats and harassment and one count each of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
He was released from Washington County jail after posting $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 14 before District Judge Gary Havelka.
Hanover police also arrested two women in the parking lot of the concert venue after they allegedly were found with suspected marijuana.
Roxanne Lee Wallace, 24, and Stacey Jane Wehner, 27, both of Pittsburgh, were taken into custody after police said they spotted the two inside a vehicle with the suspected drug. They also had a grinder in their possession, police said.
The two were arraigned before Redlinger on charges of conspiracy, possession and possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possessing instruments of a crime. They were released from jail after posting $5,000 percentage bonds.
