MIFFLINBURG (AP) – A 17-year-old is the fourth person to face adult charges in a highway rock-throwing incident in central Pennsylvania that severely injured an Ohio teacher last month.

The Sunbury Daily Item reported Monday that Keefer Lance McGee of New Columbia was arraigned on charges that include aggravated assault, throwing a missile into an occupied vehicle and reckless endangerment.

He’s charged along with three others in the July 10 incident on Interstate 80 that caused traumatic injuries to Sharon Budd of Uniontown, Ohio.

The paper says she’s in serious condition at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

McGee had previously been charged as a juvenile. His lawyer’s voicemail wasn’t accepting messages late Monday.
