Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Joshua M. Vlcek, 24, 210 Oneida St., Monessen; burglary and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 6; sentence – 12 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program and 6 months of probation.

Eric Depalma, 30, 424 Belonda St., Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Albert C. Nocki III, 34, 662 Ridgewood Drive, Fredericktown; theft, receiving stolen property and damage to railroad property; charged June 4, 2013; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Faquar T. Holland, 42, 521 Second St., Donora; simple assault; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Darian Siget, 20, 106 Donahoe St., Avella; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 4, 2013; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

David B. Long, 30, 686 N. Main St., Washington; retail theft, theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 18, 2013; sentence – 60 days to 23 months in jail, banned from Wal-Mart.

Nicole L. Gagnon, 23, 1420 Maple Ave., Monessen; simple assault; charged Sept. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Sherry L. Trail, 50, 340 Madison Ave., New Eagle; harassment; charged Aug. 10; sentence – $300 fine and no contact with victim.

Paul J. Satterfield Jr., 34, 755 Wayne St., Washington; unsworn falsification to law enforcement; charged June 30, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Donald R. Mainier, 28, 221 S. College St., Washington; attempted theft, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of theft; charged Sept. 28, 2012; sentence – 24 months in the state intermediate punishment program and restitution.

Damien L. Staley, 33, 110 Maple St., Rices Landing; theft; charged Jan. 1, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Megan L. Liposchak, 23, Valley Grove, W.Va.; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 14; sentence – 6 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Gabriel Brothers.

Mark T. Beattie II, 31, 605 Moore Road, Washington; harassment; charged May 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management classes and domestic violence counseling.

Megan A. Kress, 31, 2782 Locust Drive, Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Feb. 22; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Kmart.

Diona J. Wright, 23, 420 Green St., Brownsville; criminal mischief; charged March 14; sentence – $300 fine, restitution and no contact with victim.

Casey McCullough, 29, 611 Rostraver St., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Carol A. Depaoli, 38, 85 First St., Westland; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 27, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
