Police file charges in concert incidents

Hanover Township police charged several people stemming from incidents at recent concerts at First Niagara Pavilion.
Donald E. May, 24, of Lakeland, Fla., and Edward A. Bolin Jr., 34, of Salineville, Ohio, both face drug charges stemming from incidents at an Aug. 17 concert. May is charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana. Bolin is charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics after he allegedly tried to sell Xanax and Alprazolam to concertgoers.
Both were arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
Jarrod M. Bekoski, 34, of Bessemer, was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for allegedly running into patrons, following police and hitting a woman Aug. 13.
Bruin K. Brown, 19, of Allison Park, was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct for allegedly hitting Angela Hoffman at an Aug. 9 concert.
Jordan G. Peticca, 19, of Coraopolis, was charged with possession of paraphernalia and underage drinking stemming from an incident at an Aug. 2 concert.
Charges against Bekoski, Brown and Peticca will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
