Xi Lambda Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday in the home of Linda Moore. Members are asked to bring a covered dish and Christmas exchange gifts.
The Jefferson-Rices Landing United Methodist Church will hold an Advent covered-dish dinner at 2 p.m. Sunday in Jefferson Community Center. Roast pork, rolls and beverage will be provided. Those attending should bring a covered dish of their choice.
A community Christmas dinner will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Rogersville fire hall. Meat, rolls and beverages will be provided. Those attending are asked to being a covered dish. Santa will visit.
