Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Ira T. Gibson III, 28, 27 1/2 Shannon Ave., Washington; resisting arrest; charged June 20, 2013; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 100 hours of community service, anger management classes, restitution, banned from Waffle House and no contact with victim.

Heather A. Dillon, 37, 1134 N. Branch Road, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Leo Russo, 38, 500 N. Main St., Pittsburgh; burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and criminal mischief; charged June 7, 2012; sentence – 3 to 6 years in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with co-defendant and victim.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Alexander M. Martos, 24, 431 Wilson Ave., Washington; conspiracy to commit retail theft and two counts of retail theft; charged March 3; sentence – 18 months of probation and banned from Rite Aid.

Chad M. Snyder, 22, Charleroi; burglary; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 18 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. Ryan T. Cramer, 28, 1997 S. Main St., Washington; theft, theft by deception and forgery; charged May 3; sentence – 23 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle was:

Amy J. Chenney, 41, 1500 Jefferson Ave., Washington; terroristic threats; charged March 31; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Dylan J. Weyant, 20, 905 Bedford St., Claysburg; flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement and underage drinking; charged April 5; sentence – 2 years of probation and $300 fine.

Akili R. Sutton, 35, 240 Linn Ave., Washington; theft and receiving stolen property; charged Oct. 1, 2013; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail.

Theodore A. Babich Jr., 27, 42 Ellwood St., Monongahela; disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 29, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $100 fine.

Janet L. Fisher, 51, 434 Seventh St., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged April 5; sentence – $150 fine.

Kevin Weis, 44, 604 Westland Dr., Gibsonia; disorderly conduct; charged July 21; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management and no contact with victim.

Cortney L. Gibbons, 23, Wheeling, W.Va.; conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Sept. 18, 2011; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 9 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim or codefendant.

Felix A. Fritchett, 51, 656 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Richard A. Watters, 52, 4496 Battle Ridge Road, McDonald; robbery; charged March 31; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victims.

Stacey A. Lyle, 37, 55 Hastins Ave., Oakdale; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 24, 2013; sentence – 12 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.

Sam Carpenter, 28, 797 1/2 Addison St., Washington; two counts of disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 19, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, domestic violence counseling and no contact with victim.

Shane A. Kovatch, 29, 335 Pennsylvania Ave., North Charleroi; simple assault; charged May 29; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail and no contact with victim.

Brody K. Nichols, 31, 85 Ernest Ave., Monongahela; fleeing and eluding and criminal mischief; charged May 10; sentence – 3 years of probation, must be employed, must comply with curfew and no contact with victims.

David C. Griffith II, 30, 8 Berry Road, Burgettstown; simple assault; charged April 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management and 50 hours of community service.

Randy R. Coen, 52, 79 First St., Avella; simple assault; charged April 23; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, anger management, restitution and no contact with victim.

Helen Jordan, 43, 666 Broad St., Washington; resisting arrest, public drunkenness and criminal mischief; charged Aug. 22, 2012; sentence – 21 months of probation and restitution.
