WAYNESBURG – The Waynesburg Central High School department of music will present its winter concert, “A Very Merry Holiday,” at 7 p.m. Friday in the high school auditorium. Admission to the event is free with donations being accepted at the door.

The combined band and choral concert will feature a variety of holiday selections from different eras and genres, ranging from the traditional “Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming” to Vince Guaraldi’s “Christmas Time Is Here.” Audience members will also be invited to participate in a sing-a-long medley of familiar tunes.
