Man exposes self to teen at Tanger Outlets

A 16-year-old Canonsburg girl told South Strabane Township police that a man exposed himself to her while she was at vending machines at a service corridor near the Aeropostale store at Tanger Outlets Wednesday night.
The girl told police that she was using a vending machine about 7:50 p.m. when a white man wearing sweatpants came up behind her and exposed himself to her. He then walked away, in a manner she described as nonchalant, got a drink from the water fountain and continued on. She told police that she did not see which way he went.
The girl told her employer what happened. Police notified security at the outlets.
