Minimum wage in W.Va. goes up next month

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Some West Virginia workers will be getting a raise next month.
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin signed a bill in April raising minimum wages from $7.25 an hour to $8 on Jan. 1.
The minimum wage will rise again to $8.75 in 2016.
