One injured in two-vehicle accident
One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in Charleroi.
The injured motorist, who was not identified, was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital following the 8:15 p.m. crash at Fallowfield Avenue and Ninth Street. That person’s condition was not available.
Charleroi volunteer firefighters responded to the accident and used rescue tools to free the driver from one of the vehicles. Charleroi Regional police could not be reached.
