WAYNESBURG – The third Greene County sheriff’s “most wanted” was arrested by deputies Thursday at his home in Carmichaels.

David Ray Wilson Jr. was placed on the list because he failed to return to Greene County jail Jan. 3, where he was serving 30 days to six months on weekends for his second driving under the influence offense. He was sentenced Oct. 18, 2013.

A deputy said Friday the office received a “tip” as to Wilson’s whereabouts.

On Feb. 14 Glenn Usher, 52, of 2829 W. Roy Furman Highway, Waynesburg, was notified his picture and name were included among the 10 most wanted list on the Observer-Reporter website and he turned himself in to the sheriff’s office.

Usher was listed as a parole violator. He was charged with retail theft for stealing fuel on several occasions. He apparently did not reported to his parole officer.

On Feb. 11, Timothy Allen Hilverding, 24, of Fonner Run Road, Sycamore, turned himself in after he was shown on the list.

Four outstanding warrants against Hilverding were for failure to appear at a hearing Jan. 31 regarding delinquent payments of old court costs. The costs stemmed from multiple cases dating to 2006 when Hilverding was a juvenile. The fifth warrant was issued for Hilverding’s failure to appear at a formal arraignment Dec. 23 on charges of theft by unlawful taking.
