Tina Nguyen, 18, of Philadelphia, was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking after borough police said they found her unable to walk at Third and Liberty streets about 10 p.m. Friday.

Randall P. Fink, 23, of Pittsburgh, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after borough police said he got into an argument with officers at the Wood Street bar early Saturday morning.

Alex C. Ditullio, 26, of McMurray, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct for allegedly urinating in public while in the 400 block of Second Street, borough police said.
