WAYNESBURG – The Central Greene School District kindergarten registration for children with last names beginning with the letters A-H currently scheduled for Monday in the Central Greene School District may be affected in the event of inclement weather.
Parents who plan to register their child for kindergarten classes that day are advised to follow closure and delay information for the district available on its website at www.cgsd.org or announced by local news media.
In the event of a cancelation Monday, the registration will take place Thursday for these children. If the district announces a two-hour delay Monday, registration will still be held and begin at 10 a.m.
The district has also announced it will cancel a planned special meeting of the school board scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
