PHILADELPHIA (AP) — An approaching storm is expected to dump several inches of snow on Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service says it’ll start snowing in northern Pennsylvania on Wednesday, with the bulk of the storm arriving Thursday. The weather service is forecasting anywhere from 2 to 4 inches in the Philadelphia area to up to 9 inches in northeastern Pennsylvania. Western and central Pennsylvania could also see several inches of snow.

Frigid air is then expected to move in, with wind chills plunging to near or below zero.
